Really good Care and Comfort
nicer room excellent guidance excellent care
I received an attic-style room initially, but found it a bit difficult to move around. Miguel at the reception immediately helped change my room. The new room was bigger and nicer, a very welcome change. Alexa gave me excellent guidance and a kind person assisted me with train apps.
The hotel should not be rated as a five-star as the furnishings were subpar.

The rooms showcase attention to detail. They offer many options for relaxation and enjoyment of drinks. Sanders Plus rooms are spacious, providing plenty of room for luggage. This room is a comfortable choice. Dark rooms are available.

Intimate and Superb Hospitality
spacious room helpful staff convenient location rooftop bar
Our room was spacious and well-appointed. The staff were great too assist us, especially in the bar area where they ensured we found seating. The atmosphere was good, and the location proved very convenient. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar and lobby ambiance. The staff was helpful via email as well.
The lift is small and there was no assistance to help get large pieces of luggage to the upper floors.

The hotel is situated on a safe and quiet street, just minutes away from key attractions. Many restaurants and bars are across the road from the hotel. The train station is also nearby, providing easy access to the airport.

The hotel offers a beautiful bar on the first level and a fantastic rooftop area for relaxation (the rooftop has real plants!). The lounge area is bright, though it features artificial plants. This setup provided a very cozy environment throughout our visit.

The food and drinks are delicious, especially the breakfast. The hotel offers a variety of high-quality breakfast options in a climactic space on the top floor. We found this space to be very atmospheric during the morning.

charming stay
cute staff unique atmosphere
i found the staff cute. the location was fantastic, with access to nearby attractions. the hotel had character and charm. the interiors were interesting and premium.
my room was quite dark. even with all the lights on, it was still difficult to see properly. this made tasks such as using the mirror somewhat challenging.

The restaurant served quality food. breakfasts were a real highlight. the coffee shop served quality food too the atmosphere was inviting, i liked the option to have breakfast at the rooftop bar. It was very relaxing

excellent service and comfortable stay
clean room excellent location helpful staff
the double room i stayed in was elegant and clean. the location is excellent in the heart of the city center. i could easily walk to many famous spots and the staff were helpful. (i had forgotten my adapter and they provided one immediately!)
